HGH Infrared Systems, the expert in electro-optics and thermal technologies for civil, defence and industrial applications is developing its brand image and communication strategy to better reflect its position as a global leader in the optronics market.

HGH Infrared Systems, the expert in electro-optics and thermal technologies for civil, defence and industrial applications is developing its brand image and communication strategy to better reflect its position as a global leader in the optronics market.

The decision to harmonize the HGH brand worldwide aims at strenghtening the company's identity, while reassuring our customers on the reliability and quality of the offer. Electro Optical Industries (EOI), HGH's subsidiary in the U.S., will benefit from this rebranding, bearing the HGH identity. 

Why HGH?

In reference to EOI's parent company! The thirty-seven-year-old company HGH has offices in Singapore, Beijing, Bengalore, and Boston, and acquired in 2016 Electro Optical Industries, the world pioneer of electro optical test equipment based in Santa Barbara, CA. To support the company’s development, the Carlyle Group, based in Washington, DC, became HGH's majority shareholder in 2018. 

This successful development led us to extend our product line from infrared to visible.As electro-optics experts, we will now be known under two names: Electro Optical Industries (EOI) will be dedicated to visible and light intensification systems, whereas SPYNEL thermal imagers, blackbodies, collimators, IR scanners and cameras will bear the HGH identity.

What will be the consequences on my customer experience?

None! You will continue to browse the same website, keep the same contact points, your software and products will remain compatible with all our new features, their design and manufacturing location will remain unchanged.
